Annual Meeting of the Foundation

Please be advised that the Annual Meeting of the Foundation will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 in conjunction with the regular meeting of the Rotary Club of Menlo Park.  At the Meeting the Foundation officers, Committee chairs and others will deliver their reports and the members of the Foundation will elect new Foundation Voting Directors to positions which are open.

Nominations of Voting Directors will be made by the Board of Directors of the Club.  Members of the Club may make additional nominations orally at the annual meeting or by placing them as write-in candidates on the ballot.
